The Little G Blend.
Our signature espresso roast is called The Little G Blend, named after Hayley — the two-year-old daughter of Julie and Nick. Hayley was a micropreemie who spent the first three months of her life in an incubator called a “Giraffe” at Children’s Hospital Colorado. During those months, Julie and Nick lovingly called her “our Little Giraffe,” and soon the nickname “Little G” stuck. Naming our blend after her felt right. Her story inspired us to create a blend that celebrates life, resilience, and joy.
Every batch of coffee we roast is small and intentional. By roasting only 2.2 pounds at a time, each bean has a consistent flavor, allowing the unique coffee notes to shine through. The smooth, comforting taste is a reflection of what we hope you experience when you work with us: warmth, community, and a sense of connection.
